    Position Summary:

    • Perform required clerical tasks to continue business operations in the assigned department/client location.  Role collaborates within the group as well as across other groups to gain required information to complete tasks.

    Essential Duties:        (This list is not exhaustive and other duties may be assigned)

    • Performing basic clerical tasks, such as: scheduling, meeting coordination, note-taking activities, emailing, answering phones, customer service, printing and filing; creation, maintenance, and delivery of documents and reports, data entry, communication, budget related processes, special event coordination and setup including events at other facilities, etc.
    • Operating standard office equipment (phone, computer, copier, etc.).
    • Department research, troubleshooting and issue resolution.


    • 3 to 5 years of AP processing experience in the AP function
    • Ability to work in a multinational team environment.
    • Recent experience using Microsoft Office suite of tools.
    • Intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skill.


    • Experience wtih  Procure to pay and invoice accrual process, 

    • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
    • Understanding of SAP software product and AP functionality
    • Good understanding of AP controls, Procurement Cards, Sales & Use Tax, foreign currency transactions and AP best practices
