    Position Summary:


    The HR Assistant is primarily responsible to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative duties including updating the HR database and managing documentation for personnel files.  This role will also assist the HR Team in providing excellent service to our management team and associates.


    Essential Duties:       


    • Respond to HR related inquiries and requests
      Assist with orientation, onboarding and updating new hire records
      Maintain confidential personnel files
      Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
      Assist in organizing the company newsletter
      Scheduling HR projects, meetings, and training seminars
      Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
      Assist in communications for various HR functions
      Assist in ad-hoc HR projects (i.e. surveys)
      Order office supplies and business cards
      Provide general support to visitors
      Answer and direct phone calls
      Provide other administrative support for the human resources function.
      Perform other duties as assigned



    Assists with ongoing immigration processes, including form preparation and maintaining Public Access Files as required by the US Department of Labor.



    • High School degree plus two years of office/clerical support experience
