    Position Summary:    The goal of the Operations Analyst is to support operations to measure, track and report metrics including: time and materials, cost and other financial data, manpower, schedule, capacity utilization, productivity, and other meaningful metrics to support the optimization of quality, value, and execution.


    Essential Duties:        

    • Gather data and support / create gap analysis of project and business metrics.
    • Gather data and compare collected data against established milestones.
    • Maintain / improve / create documentation flow for improved transparency throughout the organization.
    • Interact with cross-functional internal teams to collect and process data.
    • Analyze and report on monthly budget reporting trends.
    • Support various finance and/or project related tasks across HR, Finance, BD and Operations. Actively seek out and recommend process improvement opportunities in these task areas.
    • Review time and attendance to ensure accuracy and forecast impacts to project and/or business lines.
    • AP/AR/Other tasks related to internal & client based travel.
    • Design and deliver Goken project tracking training to new during onboarding process and existing associates/managers as necessary.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or Finance.
    • A minimum of one relevant internship.
    • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
    • Displayed ability to form strong, functional relationships across unrelated areas.
