    Role:                This role will be work across geographies supporting hiring needs for full time, temporary and intern positions.  They will work closely with managers and partners to effectively and positively impact the delivery of business objectives through talent attraction.  This is a salaried Corporate Recruiter position to join our Talent Acquisition team.



    • Sourcing through industry/post specific websites, publications, and career fairs;
    • Screening candidates in person and on the phone;
    • Interviewing per technical & dynamic needs;
    • Negotiate compensation packages and seek approval;
    • Networking locally and through online communities;
    • Negotiate relocation assistance, VISA coordination, and other on boarding duties;
    • Conduct cold calls to identify new candidates;
    • Extends and negotiates offers based on current market conditions;
    • Develops and maintains high-level knowledge of current technologies;
    • Develops, maintains and updates learning in regards to modern recruitment techniques to include social media, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and other relevant channels in order to keep active pipeline of candidates;
    • Cross Trains in other area of specialties while training other team members in their own specialty;
    • Maintains assigned university relationships and attends career fairs;
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Minimum of two to three years of experience recruiting in an agency or corporate environment.
    • Automotive, aviation, engineering, IT or manufacturing recruiting experience required. 
    • Advanced knowledge of modern recruitment sourcing is required. AIRS certification preferred
    • Strong knowledge of Boolean Search strings is required.
