We are looking for a motivated Designer to help create the future of Honda’s Human Machine Interface. This person will have the opportunity to influence Honda HMI, as well as define the Acura Experience leading into the next generation of automotive technology.
This individual’s primary role will be to design the User Experience based on research activity and collaboration with other groups. They will need to create the UX design of the in-vehicle Cabin Experience that will influence technology demo models, prototypes, and mass production software. This individual will need to interact professionally with designers, engineers and suppliers worldwide.
User Experience designer responsible for research interviews, persona creation, and creation of wireframe design and interaction models. Must be able to sketch and ideate UX/UI directions and collaborate with other team members and specialties. Must be able to oversee and check the overall UX/UI process. Prototyping experience (from paper mockups to digital simulations) a plus.
Sketch (Mac), Axure, Jira, Confluence, Frame.io, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Final Cut Pro.
