    Responsibilities

    Perform required tasks to plan, organize and administer onsite and offsite events.  The role requires heavy collaboration with internal and external partners to collect and coordinate the required information to complete tasks. This is a part time role - 20-25hrs per week.

     

    • Arrange and administer event setup (planning meetings, venue reservation, food and activity arrangement, invitations, follow-up survey and etc.)
    • Discover engaging and innovative ideas to enrich the event program (venues, activities, food, etc.)   
    • Perform tasks, such as: meeting coordination, emailing, answering phones, customer service, printing and filing; creation, maintenance, and delivery of documents and reports, data entry, communication, budget related processes, etc.
    • Operate standard office equipment (phone, computer, copier, etc.).
    • Conduct research to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

    Qualifications

     

    • Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evening and weekend hours (most work occurs during daytime hours (9AM – 6PM).
    • Strong organization, coordination and priority management skill.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skill.
    • Ability to self-manage and align work requirements to achieve a specific deadline
    • Ability to work in a multinational team environment.
    • Recent experience using Microsoft Office suite of tools.
    • Intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
    • Previous corporate event coordination preferred.

     

    Physical Demands:  

    This is a largely sedentary role.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
