Responsibilities

Position Summary:


Perform required clerical tasks to continue business operations in the assigned department/client location. Role collaborates within the group as well as across other groups to gain required information to complete tasks.

 

Essential Duties: (This list is not exhaustive and other duties may be assigned)

 

  • Performing basic clerical tasks, such as: scheduling, meeting coordination, note-taking activities, emailing, answering phones, customer service, printing and filing; creation, maintenance, and delivery of documents and reports, data entry, communication, budget related processes, special event coordination and setup including events at other facilities, etc. 
  • Operating standard office equipment (phone, computer, copier, etc.). 
  • Department research, troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

  • Ability to work in a multinational team environment.
  • Recent experience using Microsoft Office suite of tools.
  • Intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skill.

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Accounting, AP/AR experience preferred


Physical Demands:


This is a largely sedentary role. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
