Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying top talent for open positions.  This is an end to end, full cycle, hands-on recruiting role, with responsibilities from job description creation to extending offers. We are looking for someone who has the aptitude to accurately assess both the tangible skills and intangible aspects (cultural fit) of candidates.

   

  • Engage hiring managers to develop accurate, yet detailed, market driven job descriptions. 
  • Use the appropriate internal processes to approve requisitions.
  • Responsible for being proactive in your recruitment efforts, and screen candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Closely partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
  • Coordinate and facilitate orientations.
  • Keep abreast of new techniques to attract candidates and increase pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Business related Associate or Bachelor's degree.
    • Human Resources concentration is desired
  • 1-3 years’ experience with recruiting & HR practices
  • Must be highly proficient with social media platforms for the purpose of sourcing candidates.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, professional demeanor, and ability to thrive as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
  • Must be available to travel and work overtime as required.
  • Must be capable of using sound judgment to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.

Preferred:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with both hiring managers, and candidates
  • Aptitude towards adaptability and the willingness to change quickly
  • Interest in researching best practices and trends with recruiting methodologies


Physical Demands:


This is a largely sedentary role. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
