Responsibilities

  • Perform required clerical tasks to continue business operations in the Logistics department.
  • Role collaborates within the group as well as across other groups to gain required information to complete tasks.
  • Performing basic clerical tasks, such as: scheduling, emailing, answering phones, customer service, printing and filing; creation, maintenance, and delivery of documents and reports, data entry, communication, budget related processes, etc. 
  • Operating standard office equipment (phone, computer, copier, etc.). 
  • Department research, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Arrange, coordinate and monitor outbound ocean, air or other freight shipments to international destinations.
  • Heavy collaboration with internal partners as well as brokers and carriers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational team environment.

 

 

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years outbound selection, arrangement and coordination experience.
  • Understanding of international regulations, HTS, etc. preferred.
  • Recent experience using Microsoft Office (primarily Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skill.
